Pipe Crusher and Shredder Unit

shredder is able to shred the PE, PP, PVC pipe with dia.1200mm, the length of 3-6m pipe can be shredded directly without cutting, and the rotary speed is slow and stable. Variety of pipes is put into the flat feeding tank, and the tanks closed automatically, and push the pipe by hydraulic into the center axis for shredding. The material after crushing is transported by conveyor belt for secondary crushing in order to get the requested granule.

shredder has the main advantage of energy saving safe and efficient, and the system is controlled by PLC center control system.

DYSSJ shredder series from cooperation of sturdy pushing feeder and directional heavy bearing, which make the operation more safety.
Standard seratted pushing feeder is equiped to the DYSSJ shredder, which makes it easier to shred big blocks pallet and wood.
Different feeding hopper can be designed according to customer’s requirements. Standard feeding hopper is suitable to feed large quantities and big blocks of material. Four-shaft Shredder

DYPS-Z series heavy crushers are designed specially for the recycling material which is not easy to be crushed and thickness 3~30mm.
Cabinet: The main box of DYPS-Z series crusher, processed by CNC Machine exactly with the steadfast welding structure. This kind of crusher features great thickness, high strength, good wear resistance, no pollution, long life. The upper box can be opened easily by hydraulic system and repaired conveniently.

Main shaft: The main shaft is processed with high quality steel after verifying the balance. Good toughness, stable working state, low shaking are the main features. Profile/WPC Special Crusher

Sheet Special Crusher
DYPS-P series crusher solves the problem of recycling and pulverizing sheet, sheet and foamed coil with a wide PP/ABS/PMMA thickness between 0.2 and 3mm. This crusher, different from other crusher, has one a set of traction devices, two sets of pressure rollers, air pressure for opening and closing, and its linear velocity can reach 30m/min, which improves the production efficiency. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel and checked by dynamic and static balance.

“V” shape cutting technology and water cooling system in the box avoids overheating and sticking of the material in the crusher chamber. According to the customer’s requirements, we provides a matching aggregate suction unit and dust separation device, which is more convenient to use.
