Production Process

Using a new melt-blown technology, the hot melt adhesive is sprayed on the bottom surface of the entire material in a fibrous form, and activated carbon is scattered on the spray surface through a material spreading device to achieve adsorption, and it is composited by spraying the material. It eliminates the need for pre-stirring the traditional carbon and rubber powder, and spraying it through the high-power drying tunnel to dissolve and heat-press the molding process. (The amount of glue and powder can be set according to user needs to realize the automatic feeding function of activated carbon powder).

6. The fine filtering device removes impurities, keeps the glue flowing smoothly, and prevents the nozzles from clogging.

7. Equipped with a high-precision backflow valve to keep the glue output stable.

8. The transmission adopts a frequency conversion synchronization control system to ensure that the vehicle speed is synchronized with the dusting, so that the dusting amount is controlled evenly and stably.

Usage

It is suitable for all kinds of non-woven fabrics, clothing lining fabrics and other fabrics to scatter hot-melt powder and activated carbon powder into the oven to melt and penetrate into the lining for bonding. It can be achieved through hot-melt adhesive powders such as PE, EVA, EVAL, PES, etc. All kinds of fusible interlining cloth dusting effect required.
