MT1050 is a kind of low carbon chromium-nickel-copper precipitation hardening martensitic 15-7PH stainless steel belt.

Tips: Max. width of a single belt is 1550mm, customized sizes via cutting or longitudinal welding are available.

 

MT1050 martensitic stainless steel belt has good static strength and corrosion resistance. It can be used in the chemical industry and food industry. For example, it is commonly used in chemical pastillator and chemical flaker (single steel belt flaker, double steel belt flaker),Tunnel type individual quick freezer (IQF). The choice of steel belt model is not unique, the different steel belt model can be used in the same equipment. For example, Steel belt models AT1000, AT 1200,DT980,MT1050 can be used for steel belt cooling pastillator, single steel belt and double steel belt flaker. Steel belt models AT1200, AT1000, MT1050 can be used for individual quick freezer (IQF).
