Installation Steps

1. Install the window sash connector on the window sash with cross recessed pan head screws, and install the adjustable support on the window frame with cross recessed pan head screws. As shown in Figure 1

2. Fix the host on the wall with expansion screws. As shown in Figure 2

3. Firstly, put the flat rod curved arm into the galvanized pipe, then install the galvanized pipe into the main machine and fix it with pin shaft and cotter pin, then connect the flat rod curved arm with the window sash connector, fix it with pin shaft and cotter pin, and fix the flat rod curved arm on the galvanized pipe with hexagon socket set screw. As shown in Figure 3

4. Fix the hand rocker on the host with cross recessed big flat round head screws, and then fix the handle buckle on the wall with cross recessed countersunk head screws. As shown in Figure 4

Installation Precautions

1. The gear box of window opener can run for one stroke before installation to check whether the gear box runs smoothly;

2. Before installing the window opener, check whether the opening stroke of the window should be greater than that of the window opener. Whether the window is opened normally;

3. When installing the adjustable support, the hole center shall be parallel to the axis of the gear shaft;

4. The window opener must be installed and debugged by professionally trained personnel who must be familiar with the technical parameter standards and safety standards of the window control system;

Precautions for use and maintenance

1. During the installation of this product, the installation personnel shall operate according to the national safety rules and regulations to ensure safety;

2. This product can not be directly installed outdoors where rainwater can be drenched;

3. This product is not equipped with anti pinch function, so attention should be paid to safety during installation and use.

4. Customers who buy our products should contact and register with us in time to obtain warranty service and after-sales maintenance service;

5. In the process of loading and unloading the window opener, ensure that the window is safe to avoid accidents

6. If the window opener is installed on a window with a height of more than 2.5m, a platform or support shall be provided for the installer;

7. If the function of the window opener is invalid and damaged, please contact the dealer or after-sales service engineer. The window opener shall not be used until it is repaired;

8. Regularly check and maintain the fixing condition of fasteners such as gearbox and support every year;
