Below is some introduction to the working principle of bevel gears.The two-stage spiral bevel gear reducer comprises a housing, an input shaft and an output shaft, and the intermediate drive shaft is arranged. The primary drive passive spiral bevel gear and the secondary drive active spiral bevel gear are placed on the intermediate drive shaft.

The primary drive passive spiral bevel gear meshes with the primary drive active spiral bevel gear on the input shaft.

The secondary drive active spiral bevel gear meshes with the secondary drive passive spiral bevel gear on the output shaft. 

Simple and compact structure, high transmission efficiency, high transmission torque, smooth transmission, low noise, good comprehensive performance, conducive to popularization and application. The collet body determines the longitudinal axis. The driven gear can be installed to rotate on the chuck body, and the rotation axis of the driven gear can be parallel to the longitudinal axis of the chuck body. The nutation gear is arranged on the chuck body, and the nutation gear can be nutated around the chuck body to drive the driven gear with respect to the chuck body, so that the claw moves along the longitudinal axis of the chuck body. Torque spring loaders, including the drive motor and connected with the output of the drive motor at test of harmonic gear reducer, it also includes the drive motor and through try with harmonic gear reducer connected to drive motor torque springs, test the output of the harmonic gear reducer and the output of the torque springs connected by synchronizing gear train. Through the drive motor and the torque spring test of harmonic gear reducer and try with harmonic gear reducer output shaft has a certain Angle difference, make two shaft torque springs in the low speed rotating at the same time, in the corner under the action of elastic deformation occurs, and in between the two harmonic gear reducer to produce torque difference to provide load test gear reducer.
