Working principle
This automatic bagging machine completely simulates the various actions of manual bagging. First, the packaging bag is put into the bag collection box, and the vacuum suction cup placed above the bag mouth of the packaging bag is rapidly lowered under the action of the air cylinder, sucking the top packaging bag. The upper side of the bag mouth is twisted up. At this time, the vacuum suction cup is driven by the horizontal cylinder, and the suctioned packaging bag is moved out to the direction of the bag holder. Each pair of vacuum suction cups placed on the upper and lower sides of the removed part of the packaging bag is used in the bottom cylinder. Move down and suck both sides of the bag, the bag mouth is opened, and at the same time, the upper bag arm of the bagging machine is inserted into the bag mouth and pulled tight. Put into the bag clamper, the bag clamper acts to clamp the packaging bag and complete the whole process of automatic bagging.

Technical Description
1. Automatic bag feeding machine
The three horizontally arranged bag warehouses can store about 210 empty bags the storage volume will vary according to the thickness of the empty bags, and the bags are supplied by the suction cup bag pick-up deviceWhen the empty bags of one unit are taken out, the empty bag warehouse of the next unit will automatically switch to the bag taking position to ensure the continuous operation of the equipment.
2. Bag platter
The bags taken out by the automatic bag feeding device are lined up here, and the direction and position of the bags are corrected to ensure the stable opening of the bag opening and the bagging action below.
3. Empty bag lateral movement device
After the empty bag moves to the set feeding position, the bag mouth is opened by the vacuum suction cup.
4. Clamping bag feeding device
The empty bag is tightly clamped at the feeding port by the bag clamping mechanism, and the feeding valve is opened after the feeding valve is inserted into the bag.
5. Bottom flapping device
After the material is filled, the device slaps the bottom of the bag, so that the material in the bag is fully filled.
6. Empty bag lateral movement and bag mouth gripping introduction.
The real bag is put down on the main conveyor, and the bag mouth is held by the bag mouth clamping device and conveyed to the sealing part.
7. Stand-up bag conveyor
The solid bags are conveyed downstream by the conveyor at a constant speed, and the height adjustment handle can adjust the height of the conveyor.
